Clients

This screen is the heart of the system. It consolidates tactical information about each customer while providing an overview of the entire customer portfolio.

At the top menu, you can create a new customer manually, import customers (import template), and export them.

Filter menu options:

• Journeys: filters clients associated with a specific journey;

• Stages: filters clients associated with a specific journey stage.

On the right-hand side, the filters menu has 2 other options:

• List/Kanban view: it toggles between Kanban and list mode;

• Dynamic filters: it filters the screen by client attributes.
