Contacts

Contacts are useful for keeping track of the Client's stakeholders and users. In Partenero they also are used to send e-mails and surveys.

The screen is divided into two tabs:

• Contacts

• Groups

Contacts

Screen actions available:

• New contact;

• Export.

Filters:

• Received emails? : lists only contacts that have already received emails;

• Search: by name and email.

Item actions:

• Set as the main contact;

• Edit;

• Delete.

Groups

Item actions available:

• Edit;

• Delete.
