Health Score

The health score is used to monitor the overall health of a set of clients or a specific one. It is normally the aggregation of several other indicators and client information.

Partenero uses a traffic light system to describe the health score:

• Green: the client is going well;

• Yellow: the client might have a problem;

• Red: the client has a problem that must be addressed urgently.
