Journeys

This screen is used for configuring journeys and journey stages.

Actions available:

• New Journey: option at the bottom of the list;

• Expand Journey: icon on the left-hand side of the journey;

• Delete Journey: icon on the left-hand side of the journey.

Columns:

• Actions;

• Journey name;

• Journey order.

Upon collapsing the journey, the journey stage options are displayed.

Actions:

• Delete;

• Notification: the user receives an alert within Partenero if the SLA is surpassed.

Columns:

• Stage name;

• Position;

• SLA in days.
