This screen details the information of a specific client, providing a 360º view of all activities related to it.

The client's menu has the following items:

The timeline shows updates related to the customer, such as:

  • Notes and interactions;

  • Tasks

  • Journey updates

  • Synchronized emails

  • New note;

  • New task;

  • New interaction: to register a new touchpoint with the client.

  • Cancel: used to inform the client has been terminated.

Attributes

The summary consolidates all the attributes of the client in a single place. It is divided into the fixed fields (top) and the configurable fields (bottom).

Fixed fields:

  • Client Name;

  • Company number;

  • Description;

  • Company;

  • Website;

  • Consider emails with the subject: used to synchronize emails with a specific subject;

  • Consider emails with domain: for synchronizing emails of a specific domain (such as the company's website);

  • Stages: client's journey stages;

  • Collaborators: all users that can edit the client's information;

  • Owner;

  • Client logo.
